Christopher Regan
Chief Executive Officer

Chris Regan, CEO, founded Regan to respond to market demand for highly certified engineers with a strong ability to see the big picture. With over twenty years in the industry, Chris’ open systems expertise continues to earn him respect in the Sun Microsystems’ channel and across various technology verticals. Chris has led Regan through fourteen years of continuous growth and has overseen the installation of more than 10,000 servers. He sits on Sun Microsystems regional advisory council comprised of other prominent resellers and Sun Microsystems executives.

Walter Andrea
Chief Financial Officer

Walter Andrea, CFO, has been with Regan since it’s inception in 1997. With over twenty-five years of financial and accounting experience, Walter brings an exceptional amount of past experience and future vision to the Regan team. Walter attended Villanova University and received his BS from Southern Connecticut State University in 1980. He earned his MBA from the University of New Haven in 1988. Prior to joining Regan, Walter spent 11 years at SNET (now AT&T) in a variety of financial positions.

Rich Ciccarelli
Vice President of Client Engagement & Technology Solutions

Rich Ciccarelli joined Regan in 2011. Rich has more than twenty-five years of IT experience with an emphasis on delivering technology solutions that enable strategic business capabilities. Rich’s professional history includes Senior IT leadership roles for major healthcare, financial services and insurance organizations. He holds a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from Central Connecticut State University.

Jennifer Savoia
Vice President of Engineering

Jennifer Savoia joined Regan in 2007. Jennifer worked as a Director of Engineering Services at PCS for five years prior to joining Regan, and has over ten years of experience in designing and delivering infrastructure solutions. Past clients include a multitude of vertical industries including healthcare, financial, government, manufacturing and education. Jennifer holds top-level certifications in Microsoft, Novell, Citrix, HP, VMWare and AIX.

Tom Maffuid
Director of Sales

Tom Maffuid joined Regan in 2008. With over twenty-five years in IT sales, including eighteen years in management-level positions for companies such as EMC, Kronos and Utimaco. Tom brings competency and enthusiasm to the Regan team. Tom earned a degree in Computer Electronics from New Haven Tech.
